Not Too Exciting...

So nothing too exciting to report this week. I have become more interested in what is going on around me. I even tried to steal daddy's fork and knife when we went out to eat. I really enjoy going out in my stroller and taking in the final days of summer. Usually these rides put me to sleep, as you can see in the pictures of me waking up from my latest ride. Mommy is currently working on putting video on the blog, so be on the look out for that. Hope there is something more exciting to report next week -There should be since I am going to visit Granny and Papa in Tennessee, along with meeting lots of my cousins!

Everybody's Working for the Weekend

Okay so everybody else is working for the weekend, including mommy who started her new job a couple weeks ago, but I am just waiting for them. I definitely take advantage of the time though! I have been watching Bengals pre-season games - Who Dey! Thanks for the oneise Uncle Jack and Aunt Joy. It should really fit me by the end of the season and hopefully the Bengals will be playing better by then too. I got a visit from Elyse Wilson who lives in Charlotte, who seemed somewhat interested in me but didn't want to give me a kiss. Her mommy Jeanine liked holding me though! Daddy and I have been watching a lot of the Olympics as well and you can see just how much we look alike. But of course it is nice to just sit back with a good (teddy bear) friend. I hope all of you enjoy your weekends as much as me!

Roll Over & Sit Up

I know it sounds like dog commands but these are current "big tricks". I can roll over from my back to my stomach but seem to have problems getting back over again. I usually get stuck and start crying so mommy and daddy come to turn me over. I can also "sit up" in my bumpo chair - but as you can see - I have a little trouble sitting up straight. Of course I do a little better when mommy gives me a hand. I guess all my "tricks" need a little more practice!

Diva Alert! Three Month Pictures

I got my three month pictures taken last week. The photographer commented on how many faces I make. I definitely like to show off for the camera! I even made a modeling pose with my hand behind my head. I think I am getting the hang of this...What do you think?

Fighting with Pootybird

My favorite hanging toy is Pootybird and Daddy moved him from the playmat to my bouncy seat. I like to grab him which I almost always do with my left hand. I also enjoy yelling at him since I now "talk" by making squealing noises. Everybody really seems to love them! I think I beat him this time so the score is Annie - 1, Pootybird - 0.

A New Point of View

The world sure looks different when you are facing forward! Since I can finally hold my head up I get to face forward in the Baby Bjorn. Mommy misses getting to see my face all the time but she has a great view of the top of my head. Now everyone can see me better and comment on how cute I am!

My BFF - Noah

Noah came to visit me on Saturday and I guess his daddy came to see mommy and daddy as well. We hadn't seen each other in a few weeks - man, he has gotten bigger! I don't think I can beat him up anymore. Unfortunately, it was right before my naptime so I wasn't in the best mood. I hope he comes back soon so we can spend some real quality time together.

Get Up, Sit Up

I love sitting up (and spitting up for that matter!)I like to sit up and dance. I like to sit up and look around. I like to sit up with brother. I like to sit up and make noises. I like to sit up and be a big girl. It is hard to believe that I am three months old and I can sit and hold my head up. Mommy likes to have me sit on her lap and daddy likes me to sit by him when he eats breakfast in the morning. I really love sitting up!

Louisville or Bust!

Mommy, Daddy and I visited Louisville this weekend. We went to a cookout at the Stinnetts with some of daddy's fraternity brothers from college. I also got to meet Davis House (son of one of daddy's friends, Greg). He is seven months old and almost 24 lbs! You can see the size difference between the two of us - he's almost two of me. It was great to meet everybody and I think I will be spending more time in Louisville when mommy travels for her new job. I am looking forward to it!
