Just Peachy!

I have been eating rice cereal for a while, but I am now getting to eat baby food - which is much tastier! Here is a video of me trying peaches for the first time. Although it may not look like it, they are my favorite thing to eat. Bananas & pears - here I come!

It's Getting Spooky...

My first Halloween is almost here! I have been getting ready. I helped mommy with her two-headed monster costume and gave daddy some pointers on carving the perfect jack-o-latern. It turned out very nice! I also held Noah's hand at the Johnson HALLOWEEN Hullaballoo so he wouldn't get scared. Tomorrow is our parade at daycare and I plan on getting lots of candy!

Exciting Developments

So this week I have been quite busy - I had to try out my Halloween costume, which brother seemed to really enjoy. Little does he know...Mommy got one for him as well! I also got my first postcard ever in the mail from Granny and Papa who went to Texas. It was nice to read about all their adventures. I hope they got me a cool souvenir! I got my five month pictures taken but I was in need of a nap so they didn't turn out to be my best. Hopefully things will go better next month...

When the Cat's Away...

Mommy went to DC this weekend for a work conference and I got to spend some quality time with daddy. We had a lot of fun hanging out. Daddy likes to be really silly, as you can see in the video. He is so silly that I can't help but giggle. It's pretty cute!

So while we were in Charlotte I stayed up late every night, as you can see by the picture of me in my PJs hanging out with Erica. I just couldn't go to sleep with everyone having so much fun! Ben and Elise when to bed early every night and I cried until mommy and daddy got me up and then I got to stay up with all the big people - it looks like the baby was the smartest one of all!

More Friends!

I made some new friends in Charlotte this past weekend - Mr. Ben Fritsche & Elise Mae Wilson. They are older but didn't mind hanging out with a baby as cool as me. Elise gave me kisses and found my nose. Ben took care of me while I was in my carseat by handing me a pacifier. He even cried when I left, but don't tell him I told you! I really liked spending time with my new friends and I can't wait until they visit me in Fort Thomas.

My First Trip on an Airplane

Annie has her wings! I traveled with mommy and daddy to visit Jeff, Erica, Ben, Michael, Jeanine and Elise in Charlotte. Everyone at the airport thought I was very cute and daddy was proud to wear me strapped to him going through security. I did have a little trouble holding onto my ticket but mommy kept me happy on the plane. I slept most of the way there and back. I didn't even notice take-off or landing. This air travel stuff is pretty easy. I guess I am just a fly girl!
