The Principal's Office

Mommy and I visited her old school on Friday and I had to go to the Principal's Office. Although I tried to look cute when I was sitting there, I was very nervous. Mr.Robinson took it easy on me, this time. I even had him making silly faces when it was all said and done. I definitely don't want to go to the Principal's Office again!

If You're Happy and You Know It

My latest trick is clapping and waving. I like to play pattycake so I start to clap whenever anyone sings the song. I have just started waving and usually do it when others wave at me. Unfortunately, I don't usually do it when mommy and daddy try to show others...

Eat, Drink and Be Merry

I am eating more and more each day. I try to have one fruit and one vegetable everyday. If I eat both of those I even get dessert. I have started picking up small puffs that melt in my mouth.They can be tricky to grab, but they sure are yummy! I can kinda hold a cup by myself and like to drink water and juice. I have a new highchair that I can sit in while mommy and daddy cook dinner. I guess I will get to eat the same thing they do soon.

A Day at the Park

The weather has been cold but when it warmed up I went to the Tower Park with Mommy and Daddy. Tower Park is a lot of fun because it has all the best stuff to play on. I got to go down the slide (with mommy's help) and climb up the ladders (with the help of daddy). I can't wait until the Spring when I can go to the park more often.

8 Month Pictures

I am 8 months old now and you can see how big I have gotten. I have two teeth and can sit up by myself without falling - most of the time! I babble a lot and can clap my hands. Now if I would just eat my vegetables instead of spitting them out while blowing raspberries, mommy would think I was perfect!

Full Social Calendar

During the holidays mommy and daddy have more time off work and I get to stay home, but don't be fooled - I am still quite busy! I have to entertain visiting friends, like soon-to-be big brother Ben Fristche. It was not easy to share my toys but I did my best. Mommy and I made our first visit to the park on a warm day and I even tried out the swing. Well, gotta go I am off to watch Bowl Games and get ready for my 8 month pictures tomorrow. It never ends!

My First Christmas

I think I am starting to get this "present" thing. I even help tear the wrapping paper but mommy and daddy have to stop me from putting it in my mouth. We spent Christmas Day at Grandma and Grandpa's eating brunch and opening presents. I got a lot of great toys - including a glow worm which will come in handy at night!

Christmas Eve

Another day, another Christmas party! This time it was the Kuhnhein family who got together at Great Uncle Jim's and Great Aunt Jan's. I got to see my cousins and meet Great Aunt Jan's granddaughter, Ashley, who is only one year older than me. I opened presents (with Aunt Kelly and Uncle Scott's help) and fell asleep because of all the excitement on Aunt Kelly's chest. I guess it is good practice for her since she and Uncle Scott will be having a baby in August! I am excited to get another new cousin in the new year.
