Christmas on the Farm

I am really starting to get the hang of this present thing. I can even open some of my gifts (with help from mommy and daddy). Granny, Papa, Aunt Joy and Uncle Jack had lots for me to practice on! Granny started a new tradition with me that she has been doing with mommy for close to 20 years - giving me a music box. It was a very pretty with a fairy on it. I had to carry everything home in one big bag. Ho! Ho! Ho!

And Gifts!

I had my first real experience with gift giving and I sure liked it!At first they made me wait through dinner but at least I got to sit at the head of the table. I did get lots of great gifts at the Childs party, including a gingerbread house that lights up and plays music from granny and papa.
My cousin Trey stole his sister's chef outfit and ran around looking for more cookies. I can't believe I get to do this all over again!

Christmas is the time for family...

The Childs Christmas Party was this past weekend in Georgia and I got to see all of granny's family. There were four generations of Childs girls there - ranging in ages from over 90 to less than a year old! My cousins loved playing with me, taking turns holding me and helping mommy take care of me. I will miss all of them and can't wait for the next family get together.

Partying with Aunt Kelly & Uncle Scott

Aunt Kelly and Uncle Scott had the Kuhnheins and Chapmans over a couple weekends ago. It was great to see everyone, especially Larry, Sandy, Angie and Lindsey (Kelly's family). Those people sure love babies! I got another early Christmas present from Aunt Kelly & Uncle Scott - my Merry Christmas doll. I hope I have some presents left on Christmas Day!

Jolly Old St. Nicholas

So I finally met this guy everyone has been talking about - Santa Claus! He was hanging out at the Courthouse where Grandma works. As you can see we had to size each other up but I think we both liked what we saw. Now, let's just see if he can deliver!

It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas

The holiday season has officially begun and we went out with the Graceys to celebrate. We went downtown for the tree lighting, to see the trains and eat some dinner. Noah looked very handsome in his snowman sweater vest. I guess this was our first official date. I somehow think there will be many more to come - whether we like it or not! I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season and don't forget about me when you are shopping for gifts.

Christmas Comes Early!
